Radiant Quinoa Noodle is traditional hand-made with quinoa which is low in gluten, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain sufficient amounts of all nine essential amino acids. It is also high in fibre, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants.

No colouring is used in the making of this noodle.
No additives are added to make the noodles less brittle.
Ingredients:
Organic hand-milled quinoa, organic unbleached high protein flour, sea salt and filtered water
How to cook:
Boil in hot water for 5 mins and serve with soup and vegetables.
